so i just recently clicked on zuppe's links down below ....
and saw the mindy ephron blog. anyway, i noticed there was a little shout out to swarthmore under the post on Saturday, January 27, 2007 -- apparently she went to dartmouth, so i wonder what the connection is (and who is George Meyer?)

Wikipedia tells us that George Meyer is the mastermind writer responsible for the Simpsons. He doesn't have Swarthmore connections but Mindy may have used Swarthmore to stand in for any erudite institution that would have a lecture class on comedy, and take it very seriously.
